Party Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 large can orange juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale
    2 qt. lime, orange or lemon sherbet
    1 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chilled juices.
    Mix sugar with lemon juice until dissolved.
    Blend well.
    Before serving, add chilled ginger ale and softened sherbet.
    Makes 40 one-half cup servings.
