Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese. Carefully stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
    Chill well and then form into a ball. Roll in remaining cup of pecans.
    Makes 8 servings.
