Fondant Stuffed Dates - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 box dried dates, pitted
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar to milk.
    When well blended, add vanilla. Mix to a smooth rich ball.
    Shape into balls and roll in tinted coconut (red and green).
    Use to stuff dates.
