Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium head cabbage
Preparation
    Boil cabbage leaves (approximately 6) until tender, drain and set aside.
    Blend all other ingredients, except tomato juice, then form into shapes to accomodate cabbage leaves.
    Wrap meat mixture balls with cabbage leaves and place in pan.
    Pour tomato juice over the ingredients.
    Cover pan with lid or foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about two hours.
