Frozen Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 round buttery crackers crushed
    1/2 c butter, melted
    1/4 c sugar
    1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
    1 - 6 oz orange juice, undiluted
    1 - 8 oz cool whip, thawed
    2 - 11 oz cans of mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside 3/4 cups.
    Press remaining into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine sweetened condensed milk and orange juice.
    Fold in whipped topping and oranges.
    Spoon over crust, sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Cover and freeze.
