Tropical Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. turkey, bite size pieces
    1 (2 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 lb. seedless grapes
    2 c. celery, sliced
    2 1/2 c. toasted, sliced almonds
    3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    Boston, bibb or butter lettuce
Preparation
    Combine turkey, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and 2 cups almonds.
    Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice. Combine with turkey mixture.
    Spoon onto bed of lettuce.
    Garnish with remaining almonds and pineapple.
    Chicken may be substituted for turkey.
    Serves 12 to 14.
