Range Top Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 envelopes spaghetti mix
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
    Place ground beef in Dutch oven and sprinkle with 1 package spaghetti mix; spread half cottage cheese over meat.
    Break noodles in half lengthwise; layer over cottage cheese.
    Sprinkle with other package of spaghetti mix, Italian seasoning, parsley and salt.
    Pour tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over mixture.
    Cover and simmer over low heat for 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella over top.
    Cover and turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
