Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz Black-eye peas, drain
    15 oz Pinto beans, drain
    15 oz black beans, drain
    4 oz Pimento, chopped
    1 green pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 red onion
    11 oz white shoepeg corn
    1 small can jalapeno, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all above ingredients. Drained most all beans and then very LIGHTLY rinse them under water.
