Dilled Alaskan Garden Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green or red tomatoes
    1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Stir in dill and salt.
    Reduce heat; cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 7 (1/2 cup) servings.
