Roast Leg Of Lamb With Herbed Mustard Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) leg of lamb
    1/3 c. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. crushed thyme or rosemary
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place leg of lamb on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Roast for 1 hour.
