Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Clean carrots and slice into 1/2-inch medallions. Cook them 10 minutes; drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil that you can't stir down. Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight. Serve cold. Yield: approximately 8 servings.
