Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
    2 pkg. corn bread Stove Top stuffing
    2 cans cream of chicken soup plus 1 can water
    about 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions.
    (I use some of the broth from the chicken for the liquid.) Pour on bottom of a pan 9 x 13 x 2-inches, then top with the chicken.
    Then mix water and soup and pour over the chicken and stuffing.
    Then sprinkle the crushed crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until it is hot, bubbling and a little brown on top.
    I cover it with aluminum foil for 20 minutes and then uncover.
    Can be prepared the day before you plan to use it.
