Fruit Cocktail Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, well drained
1/2 c. quartered maraschino cherries
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
few drops red food coloring
Preparation

Soften cheese and blend with mayonnaise.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce. Trim with cherries.
Can also be used as a dessert.
Serves 8 to 10.
