Cream Of Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Uncle Ben's 5-minute wild rice, prepared (6.25 oz. size)
3 c. water
3 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 c. turkey, ham or chicken meat, diced
mushrooms (optional)
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Prepare wild rice in large kettle.
Add water, bouillon, meat and evaporated milk.
Heat through, but don't boil.
To thicken, add 1/4 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
