Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 medium can tomatoes with juice
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation

Brown meat and onions in small amount of oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients except gravy mix.
Simmer until meat is tender (may need to add extra water).
When meat gets tender, stir in gravy mix and let thicken.
Serve over rice.
(Recipe may be doubled.)
