Basic Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add water.
    Pour in hot iron skillet with butter.
    Let edges brown, fold over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook 1 minute.
