Fr. Paul'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 oz. whole tomatoes
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 onion, chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. chopped oregano
    1 tsp. chopped basil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    fresh or canned mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a tall pot.
    Cook over medium heat; stir frequently.
    Do not cover.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
