Italian Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.
    Pour over tomatoes and peppers.
    Let set to marinate 1/2 hour to 3 hours.
    Serve chilled.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
    Can be served over spaghetti noodles.
