Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head garlic, minced
3/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
4 c. canned crushed tomatoes
6 fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1/3 c. juice from canned, bottled or marinated jalapeno chiles
8 marinated jalapeno chiles, seeded, deveined and minced *
Preparation

*This makes a very, very hot sauce.
For milder sauce, use fewer jalapeno chiles and less juice.
