Chinese Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sherry
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. 5 spice
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over pork.
    Marinate 2 to 3 hours. Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste seldom.
