Baked Spinach-Topped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or more tomatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Halve larger tomatoes.
    Scoop out centers.
    Place tomatoes in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Cook margarine and onion 5 minutes.
    Add spinach, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and 1/4 cup cheese. Mound mixture into and onto tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
