Koch Kaese(Cooked Cheese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. cottage cheese
2 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. flour
2 sticks oleo
caraway seed (optional)
Preparation

Add the soda to the cheese and stir.
Add the flour, mix and let stand about an hour.
A warm place helps the fermentation. Melt the oleo in a heavy saucepan and add the cheese mixture. Cook on low heat and stir until stringy and somewhat firm, like pudding.
Pour into serving dish or cartons.
