Pam'S Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell
3 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
yellow food coloring
2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
Pour into prepared pastry shell and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Chill. Spread with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
