Key Lime Pie(Blue Ribbon Winner, Georgia State Fair) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) single pie crust or graham cracker crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
    4 oz. Key lime juice (available at Kroger)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 Tbsp. superfine sugar
Preparation
    Prepare pie shell; cool.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and bubbly.
    Beat in the condensed milk, lime juice and sugar.
    Turn the filling into pie shell.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
