Zucchini Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
