Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pound
    flour
    into
    beef.
    Cut into 2-inch squares long and 1/2-inch
    wide.
    Melt
    butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in skillet.
    Add beef and brown slowly.
    Add water, sliced onions
    and mushrooms.
    Cook until beef is tender.
    Add sour cream before serving while warm.
    Serve on rice, bread or rolls.
