Pineapple Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pineapple and juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 well beaten eggs
    2/3 stick margarine
    3 slices bread, crusts removed (feed to birds!)
Preparation
    Mix well the first five ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased baking dish.
    Melt margarine.
    Dice bread into small cubes and mix with margarine; when well mixed, cover top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 until thoroughly heated and brown on top.
    Goes well with hot or cold ham.
