Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. baking cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. grated zucchini (no seedy part), packed tight
    6 to 12 oz. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients.
    Cream butter, oil and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, vanilla and buttermilk.
    Add dry ingredients; beat well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
