Meat Lovers Olive Pimiento Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground round steak
1 lb. lean ground pork
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped pimientos
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. chopped green olives
Preparation

Crumble beef and pork into a large mixing bowl. Add onion, pepper and garlic; mix well. Add remaining ingredients as given and blend. Divide
mixture in half. Place each half in a 9 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown. Test for doneness in center. Cool in pan. Store airtight, chilled. Makes 2 loaves.
