Raw Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 gal. green tomatoes
    12 large onions
    10 bell peppers
    1 large stalk celery
    1 large head cabbage
    4 c. sugar
    2 pt. vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    juice of 4 lemons
Preparation
    Grind vegetables; let drip in bag for 20 minutes.
    Add vinegar, sugar and spice.
    Can cold in sterile cold jars.
    Makes 10 pints.
