Salmon-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. water
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine salmon and onion; set aside.
Mix together biscuit mix and water.
Divide in half.
Roll half into an 8-inch square pan. Top with salmon mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.
Roll remaining dough for an 8-inch square top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
