Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 oz. real butter
    10 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 half-pt. containers whipping cream
Preparation
    Melt butter, add cheese and pepper.
    Stir in whipping cream in double boiler.
    Remove from heat; whip for about 3 minutes. Portion out in servings of 5 ounces each.
    Unused portions may be frozen for future use.
