Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) container whipped topping
2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Mix oleo, flour and pecans. Put into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Combine confectioners sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup whipped topping. Mix and spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding and cold milk. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Spread rest of whipped topping over mixture and refrigerate. Top with chopped pecans if desired.
