Egg-Ham-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
    2 c. ham, cubed small
    16 slices fresh bread, crusts removed
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    6 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13 baking pan (or casserole) and place 8 slices of bread on bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese and ham cubes. Place other 8 slices bread on top of cubes.
    Pour beaten eggs, milk and mustard over all.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove next morning and bring to room temperature. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
