Apple Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. apple juice (no sugar added)
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    3 sticks cinnamon bark
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a 6-quart boiler.
    Bring to a boil. Lower heat to maintain temperature just below boil.
    Serve in mugs.
    Yields:
    15-16 cups.
