Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
    6 Tbsp. liquid from pineapple
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and juice over low heat in saucepan until warm.
    Stir in pineapple and cheese.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle margarine over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
