Ingredients

8 small potatoes, peeled, shredded and grated
1 onion, diced
2 eggs
salt and pepper
2 or 3 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pat into small patties.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with applesauce, bratwurst sausage and red cabbage for a German meal.
