White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. egg whites
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour, sift before measuring
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour,
    sugar,
    salt and baking powder into mixing bowl. Add Crisco and
    3/4 cup of the milk.
    Beat well about 2 minutes. Add the
    1/4
    cup
    unbeaten egg whites and remaining 1/4 cup milk. Beat
    again
    real well.
    Add vanilla, mix well. Pour into 3 greased
    and
    floured
    cake
    pans.\tBake
    at 325\u00b0 approximately 25 minutes. Cool.
