"Bull'S Eye"(Mission Trip Favorite!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

white loaf bread
eggs
margarine

Preparation

You will need a round lid.
Take round lid and cut hole in center of a slice of white bread.
Butter both sides of bread and circular piece of removed bread.
Place bread in hot frying pan. After one minute, break egg and place in hole.
After one minute, turn bread and place circular piece in pan.
Remove when second side is toasted.
Dip circular piece in yellow of egg.
