4-H Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Add milk, stirring gently with a fork.
    Knead 10 times gently.
    Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
