Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
6 c. sliced potatoes
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add potatoes and heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce boils again.
Turn potatoes and sauce into a greased shallow casserole. Top with lumps of oleo.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender and brown.
