Oven Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 eggs
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    While warming, melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish in oven.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and tarragon.
    Add cream cheese, cut in small pieces.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Stir gently and bake 10 more minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
