Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can garbanzo beans (optional)
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
2/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil (optional)
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Rinse and drain beans.
Thinly slice onion and pepper. Combine with beans in a large bowl.
Add dressing and chill 24 to 36 hours to improve flavor.
