Applesauce Spice Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat butter at medium speed with mixer for about 2 minutes or until soft and creamy.
    Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.
