Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
vanilla wafers

Preparation

Blend together with mixer. Put crushed vanilla wafer in muffin tin. Fill 3/4 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with favorite pie filling when cool.
