Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir well.
Mix in remainder of ingredients except for flour.
Measure by dip, level, pour method. Mix in flour until dough is easy to handle.
Add any remaining flour.
Knead 8 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover.
Let rise until doubled.
Shape into rolls and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
