Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine (room temperature)
    2 1/3 c. unsifted flour
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder or 1 tsp. regular baking powder
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream the margarine and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
    Add 2 cups flour; stir with wooden spoon until well combined.
    Pat evenly into a 13 x 9-inch pan; bake for 20 minutes.
