Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can Italian tomatoes
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of red pepper
    1 small can water (tomato paste)
    1 lb. box spaghetti
Preparation
    Over medium heat in large frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil until golden; remove.
    Add chopped onion, green pepper and celery until golden.
    Add ground chuck and saute until brown (10 minutes), stirring constantly.
    Add seasonings, stirring with beef mixture for about 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, 1 can of water and mushrooms.
    Put garlic back into mixture.
    Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.
    Serve over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
