Ingredients

8 potatoes
lasagna for 3 layers
1/4 lb. butter or oleo
1/8 lb. Longhorn cheese
1/8 lb. Velveeta cheese
milk
1 onion
Preparation

Cook lasagna and drain.
Boil potatoes; mash with milk, butter and cheese.
(Melt cheese in milk before adding.)
Season to taste. Brown onion in melted oleo (2 tablespoons).
Put thin layer of melted oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add layer of lasagna, layer of potatoes and the onion.
Continue layers with onion last.
Pour oleo over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
