Japanese Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cabbage, coarsely shredded
1/4 c. canola oil
soy sauce
celery seed
black pepper
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat
oil
in frying pan with lid.
Add cabbage; season lightly with
celery
seed and pepper.
Add water and cover to allow steam to cook cabbage.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then remove lid and
sprinkle soy sauce over cabbage.
Cook until tender-crisp.
